barbar Terms of Use

These terms outline the conditions under which we operate barbar, our sportsbook and live-entertainment platform. By creating an account and using our services, you agree to comply with these terms. We enforce them consistently to protect both our users and our platform integrity.

barbar is available only where local law permits. We do not offer our services in jurisdictions where online wagering is prohibited. Users are responsible for verifying that their access and use of barbar comply with their own jurisdiction's applicable law. This document covers account creation, deposits and withdrawals, bonus terms, dispute resolution, and other core policies that govern your relationship with barbar.

Account creation and eligibility on barbar

When you register for a barbar account, we require your full legal name, date of birth, contact email, and phone number. You must provide a valid national ID (passport, driver's license, or equivalent) to unlock account features including deposits and withdrawals. This Know Your Customer (KYC) process protects both you and our platform from fraud and regulatory violation.

We verify your identity documents during the account-setup phase. Verification typically completes within one business day. If your documents are unclear or incomplete, we will request resubmission. You remain responsible for providing accurate information; false or misleading details may result in account suspension or termination.

barbar accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not allow others to use your account, and you may not operate multiple accounts. If we detect duplicate accounts or shared access, we will close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances. Each user may maintain only one active account on barbar.

Account verification is mandatory on barbar

We cannot process your first withdrawal until your identity is verified. This is a regulatory requirement, not optional. Verification windows may extend during high-volume periods, but we aim to clear requests within one business day during standard hours.

Deposits, withdrawals, and payment methods

barbar accepts deposits via QRIS, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, and e-wallet for e-wallet funding, and direct bank transfers through mobile banking, local payment, online payment, and e-wallet. Each payment method carries its own processing window — e-wallet deposits typically clear within five minutes, while bank transfers may take up to an hour during business hours.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method. We display these limits clearly during checkout. Deposits are non-refundable once confirmed. If a deposit fails or is reversed by your bank, we will investigate and adjust your balance accordingly.

When you request a withdrawal, we process it back to your original funding method. Withdrawals are subject to verification — we may request updated documentation for large or unusual transactions. We aim to process withdrawals within one business day, though external factors (bank processing delays, payment-provider maintenance) may extend this window. We do not hold or delay withdrawals as a policy; any withdrawal delay is either regulatory or technical in nature.

Important: We cannot reverse completed withdrawals. Once your funds leave our platform, responsibility transfers to your bank or payment provider. If a withdrawal fails to arrive, contact your bank first; if the issue persists, reach out to our support team with transaction details.

Bonus terms and promotional offers

From time to time, barbar offers promotional bonuses or deposit matches to new or existing users. These offers carry specific terms: minimum deposit amounts, wagering requirements, game restrictions, or time limits. We display these terms clearly before you claim any bonus. By accepting a bonus, you agree to comply with all stated conditions.

Bonuses are credited as account balance only after the qualifying deposit is confirmed. You cannot withdraw a bonus directly — you must wager it according to the promotional terms first. If you fail to meet the wagering requirement within the stated timeframe, we may forfeit the unused bonus.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel promotional offers at any time. Changes to bonus terms take effect on future claims; existing bonuses are honoured under the original terms they were claimed under.

barbar operates markets on Liga 1, Piala Indonesia, Piala AFF, Piala Asia, Champions League, and other football tournaments. Each market has specific rules — for example, match winner (subject to verification only, extra time excluded), total goals (over/under at specified thresholds), or both teams to score. We publish market rules before betting opens.

If a match is abandoned, postponed, or rescheduled, our settlement depends on the specific market. Most markets settle on the rescheduled match date; some may be voided if rescheduling extends beyond a certain window. We communicate settlement outcomes in your account notification and via email.

We do not offer odds on matches involving barbar employees or known associates to avoid conflicts of interest. Bets on such events are voided and stakes are refunded.

Live-dealer and game rules

barbar hosts live-dealer tables (blackjack, roulette, baccarat, Dragon Tiger) and specialty games (Aviator, Sweet Bonanza, Gates of Olympus, Mahjong Ways). Each game has published rules. By placing a stake, you accept those rules as binding.

All games use certified random-number generation or real-time dealer dealing with no algorithmic manipulation. If you believe an outcome was unfair, you may file a dispute within seven days. We will review the hand history, video footage, or system logs and provide a resolution within five business days.

We reserve the right to void bets if we detect fraud, collusion, or exploitation of a platform error. If a payout was made in error (for example, due to a system glitch), we may reverse it and correct your balance.

Dispute resolution and complaints

If you have a complaint about a bet settlement, a game outcome, or any barbar service, contact our support team with supporting details (transaction ID, bet ID, match or game reference). Our team will investigate and respond within five business days.

If our resolution does not satisfy you, you may escalate to our formal complaints process. We will assign a dedicated reviewer who has no connection to the original transaction. Their decision is binding.

barbar's services are available only where local law permits. If a user accesses barbar from a prohibited jurisdiction, we may restrict or close their account without refund. Users are solely responsible for compliance with their local laws.

Support availability: Our English-language support team is available during standard business hours. We respond to emails, chat messages, and phone calls from Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, and Medan time zones. Response times vary; we aim for acknowledgment within 24 hours.

Privacy, security, and account responsibility

We store your personal data (name, contact details, ID documents, transaction history) in encrypted databases. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties except where required by law or as necessary to process your payments. For full details, see our separate Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. If your account is compromised, notify us immediately. We will freeze the account pending investigation. If we confirm unauthorized access, we will restore legitimate transactions; fraudulent stakes remain forfeit.

barbar uses standard HTTPS encryption and two-factor authentication options. We do not guarantee absolute security — no platform is immune to cyber threats. By using barbar, you accept this inherent risk and agree that barbar is not liable for security breaches beyond our reasonable control.

Term changes and account closure

We may update these terms at any time. Material changes are communicated via email and account notification at least 30 days in advance. Your continued use of barbar after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

You may close your barbar account at any time by contacting support. We will void any pending bets, refund your remaining balance (less any outstanding disputes), and delete your account data within 30 days, subject to legal retention requirements.

We may close your account without notice if you violate these terms, attempt fraud, or access barbar from a prohibited jurisdiction. Any remaining balance is forfeited. This clause takes precedence over standard account closure procedures.
